الملخص
The study aimed to examine the mutual commitment of the two parties to the psychological contract and its impact on perceived corporate reputation. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the study employed a questionnaire to collect data and targeted a systematically selected random sample of 231 participants involved in the Gaza Strip's official temporary work programs. The findings revealed that the respondents' commitment to the organization was greater than the organization's commitment to them. Additionally, it was discovered that the target organizations place significant importance on their reputation. The fulfillment of the organization's commitments to individuals influenced both the individuals' commitment to the organization and the organization's perceived reputation. Given the role of the psychological contract in enhancing worker commitment and improving organizational reputation, the study recommends that organizations prioritize the psychological contract as a motivational tool and ensure they fulfill their obligations to workers. Future studies are suggested to focus on employees working in more stable employment settings.
