Abstract

This paper examines the complex relationship between employee motivation and organizational performance, emphasizing the factors that drive employee motivation and its influence on achieving organizational success. Grounded in a robust theoretical framework and supported by empirical evidence, the study highlights the critical role of fostering employee motivation in enhancing organizational outcomes. By contributing to the field of Human Resource Management, this research offers practical strategies to improve employee motivation and propel organizational success. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study integrates quantitative data collected through structured survey questionnaires with qualitative insights gathered from in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The findings present actionable recommendations for organizations across various industries to enhance their performance through effective employee motivation initiatives.
